Richard Covey, DDS, FAGD
Dr. Covey Dr. Richard Covey completed his undergraduate education at the UW - Whitewater and went on to Marquette University Dental School to pursue his dream of bringing to the people of his hometown, "quality dentistry delivered by a caring and compassionate professional." He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1969 and served his country for two years, as a Dental Officer in the United States Navy. A native of Fort Atkinson, he opened Highland Dental Health here in 1971 and he and his wife, Betty, have been actively serving in the community since then.

Reflecting his high professional standards and level of skill, Dr. Covey holds a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, is an Alumnus of the L.D. Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education and completed a Dental Implant mini-residency. As an active member of many professional organizations, Dr. Covey has immediate access to the latest research and most effective technologies in dentistry today. These professional affiliations include: With a strong commitment to preventive dentistry, Dr. Covey and his staff are active participants in Children's Dental Health month and the Jefferson County Headstart Program.

Endowed with sincerity, initiative, and strong character, Dr. Covey has served in leadership positions with the American Cancer Society and is an active member of the Fort Atkinson Chamber of Commerce and Bethany Lutheran Church.

Jana Ledic, DDS
Dr. Ledic Dr. Jana Ledic, an Indiana native, received her D.D.S. degree from Marquette University School of Dentistry. She is a member of the Jefferson County Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Prior to studying dentistry, she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Ball State University. Her passion for art and science led her to pursue a career in dentistry. In addition to her education and training culminating in a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Marquette, Dr. Ledic is actively involved in continuing education courses and advanced training to ensure her patients will receive the most comprehensive and advanced care possible.

Dr. Ledic feels privileged to participate in a profession which allows her to provide such valuable and tangible service to others. Her resume includes volunteering for a trip to provide dental care to needy residents of the Dominican Republic, and past and ongoing participation in the Wisconsin Dental Association's "Mission of Mercy" and "Give Kids a Smile Day" (both programs to provide needed dental care to underserved Wisconsin residents).

Along with her husband, Luther, she enjoys being active outdoors, cooking, and visiting family in Indiana, Minnesota, and California. They are also excited about exploring and learning more about Fort Atkinson and Wisconsin, the places they have made their new home.
